-fixed loading of usbd.irx from cdrom (a slash problem, now it's cdrom0:\USBD.IRX;1)
-fixed loading from cdrom, now it should work (tested with a cdrw with 3 songs, 1 usbd.irx and the elf)

-added option to enable cd buffering
-added option to enable host buffering
-added option to stop disc after loading
-added option to skip poweroff.irx loading
-fixed loading from ToxicOS / HDLoader / HDAdvance and from some others
